WFCA LAUNCHES 'SAVE OUR FRIENDS' TOY RANGE

August 2009 - WFCA, the full-service advertising and marketing agency, has been appointed, by new British company Lockhard Conservation Toys, to create brand identities, packaging and website design for the launch of the Save Our Friends conservation range of large cuddly toys.

The toys are aimed at the promotion of the protection wild animals within their natural environments around the world. A percentage of the RRP of the toy sales will be donated to a number of charity partners (including World Land Trust, Born Free Foundation and Marine Conservation Society).

WFCA designed the Save Our Friends e-commerce website www.saveourfriends.co.uk to showcase the toys and their brand identities Ocean Friends, Polar Friends, African Friends and Rainforest Friends.



Dominic Gothard, co-founder at Lockhard, said: "WFCA's "Circle of Life" theme is dynamic, and is workable across many medias which is an essential part of the complex brief. As a new company, one of our key objectives was to find an agency which understood our business and core values, and which would be able to create a fabulous new brand, sub-brands and associated materials in line with this. WFCA has done a fantastic job in delivering across a number of medias, taking into account the need for the material to be produced on recycled materials whilst retaining a friendly and welcoming feel."
