WFCA designs and builds multi-lingual e-CRM project for Western Union
As part of Western Union’s ongoing commitment to communicate regularly to its customer base in Europe and CIS, the company tasked Integrated Agency WFCA to design and build its quarterly e-newsletters which are sent to approximately 270,000 Western Union customers in 14 countries. More than 140 different versions have been produced in order to cover 12 languages and allow personalised content by country and customer segmentation.
WFCA Launch all new Londis ‘Investing in Partnership’ programme
Integrated agency WFCA have planned and designed a campaign that will re-launch convenience store brand Londis, marking the biggest change to the brand in recent years.
Summer 2011 marked the launch of the ‘Investing in Partnership’ programme, an over-arching campaign designed to convey a series of exciting business announcements to the retail market. This includes a £1m investment in reducing wholesale prices, a £4million investment in expanding their fresh range, and the supply chain that delivers it and the launching of two new retail service offers.
The ad campaign will feature in all major grocery trade publications from June and will continue throughout 2011.

Codorníu makes TV debut through sponsorship deal
Leading Spanish sparkling wine producer, Codorníu, will be featuring on UK TV screens for the first time after securing a sponsorship deal with new Channel 4 food series, ‘The Secret Supper Club’.

The ‘All Star Budgens Christmas’ campaign centres around a traditional Christmas show, with the TV commercial transporting consumers to a festive Victorian-style theatre setting. Here, the half price or better offers are bought to life with beautiful product shots and elegant styling. Multiyork, the retailers of tailor-made sofas handcrafted in Norfolk, has launched a brand campaign which it hopes will attract a whole new audience.
The new campaign, developed by integrated agency WFCA, reflects the connection people have with their Multiyork sofa, which has been tailored to them from dozens of styles, thousands of fabrics, and a choice of widths, depths and comfort settings.
